    I have seen many times regular personal trainers drinking coffee with their clients as they workout. An elite personal trainer instead is having their clients practice healthy habits by having them drink water as they workout, as this will give you more results for your time instead.

    Many personal trainers do not look fit, or even worse have a bit of a pot belly themselves. Why would you want to work out with someone who could stand to lose those 10 to 20 pounds of extra body fat for themselves? An elite personal trainer will not have that problem because they really know what they are doing and practice what they preach by being a great example instead.
